Once faxed, we will contact you upon completing your order. We will collect your credit card information over the phone and will notify you of the total completed order. Priority and Rush Handling options are not available for faxed orders.

Our valued Texas New and Existing Costumers must fill out and fax or email the TEXAS SALES AND USE TAX RESALE CERTIFICATE to us.
