17. I'm trying to place an order, but it won't go through. Why?


Make sure the billing address you entered matches the billing address on the credit card billing statement. Make sure the funds are available at the time of the order.

Spell out the name of the city completely. For instance, type Fort Hood instead of Ft. Hood.

If you get a message that says "Zip code has changed. Please return to Cart". You MUST CLICK "Return to Cart" and correct the zip and click the Recalculate button. If you do not do this, the order will not go through.
