The preferred method of ordering is over the internet.
Order placed on the website through the internet take priority over phone/fax orders. Fax orders take longer to fill and will add a few days to the fulfillment process.
Furthermore, fax and phone orders aren't reflected in inventory, so we can't keep an accurate count of what we have in stock.
