Damaged shipment instructions:

Please thoroughly check each package for exterior damages at the time of arrival. If packages are damaged, note the damage with the driver, then check your merchandise. If the merchandise is damaged from shipping, please contact UPS and they will contact us for a claim.

All other damaged, missing, and/or incorrect items may be forwarded to (713)334-8377.
